IAN TECH (IAN TECH Electromechanical LLC) started in Dubai in 2008 with a simple idea: clients get better results when the people who design the space also build it and run its services.
Today our 50+ in-house specialists cover interior fit out, joinery, MEP engineering, renovation and maintenance. That means fewer hand-offs, faster decisions and one team that is accountable from the first site visit to the last snag.
From a lounge on Level 129 of Burj Khalifa to bank offices in DIFC, media studios, clinics and Palm Jumeirah villas, more than 500 clients have trusted us with spaces that matter to their business and their families.

What does IAN TECH do?
IAN TECH LLC is a Dubai fit out, MEP and renovation contractor established in 2008. We design and build offices, commercial spaces, clinics, villas and apartments, and we install and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire systems with our own in-house team.
Do you handle approvals in Dubai?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and manage the approvals a project needs – for example landlord or developer NOCs, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence and DEWA – so you deal with one team rather than several consultants.
How do you price a project?
We start with a free site visit to understand the space and your brief. After that we send a fixed, itemised quote, so you know exactly what is included before any work starts.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Dubai – including Business Bay, DIFC, Downtown, JLT, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Deira – and have delivered projects in Abu Dhabi and abroad. Our office is in Deira, Dubai.
