Who we are
IAN TECH LLC is a fit out, MEP and renovation contractor based at 101 Muzaffar Building, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details you send us – for example your name, company, phone number, email address, the service you need, the project location, size, timing and any project details you write in our forms, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical information – such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and how you arrived on the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our analytics and security services.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation.
- To deliver and support a project if you become a client, including aftercare during the defects period.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it (Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit).
- To keep the website secure and protect our forms from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Who we share it with
We only share information where needed to run our business and this website, for example with our website hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare), Google (analytics), our email provider, and – for an active project – with consultants, suppliers or authorities involved in approvals for that project. These providers may process data outside the UAE.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for analytics and security. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, although some statistics will not be recorded.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as required for the project, its defects period and our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
