In a fit out the MEP has to follow a new layout: new partitions mean rerouted ducts, extra diffusers, new circuits and relocated sprinklers. We survey the existing services, redesign them for the new layout, get Civil Defence and DEWA approval, and install them in sequence with the ceilings and joinery. Most contractors subcontract this; at IAN TECH it is the same team.
