IAN TECH LLC is a Dubai fit out and MEP contractor working across commercial, retail, hospitality and residential projects. We started in the UAE in 2008 and have since delivered projects for more than 500 clients.
We build long-term relationships by keeping to agreed programmes, solving problems on site and holding the same quality standard on every project. Our work includes offices for Intelsat, Discovery Networks and CBI, and a lounge interior on Level 129 of Burj Khalifa.

What does a fit out company in Dubai do?
A fit out company turns an empty or existing space into a ready-to-use office, shop, clinic or home. That covers layout design, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, lighting and finishes, plus the MEP services – air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire systems – and the approvals needed before work starts. IAN TECH delivers all of this under one contract.
How long does an office fit out take in Dubai?
A typical 2,000–5,000 sq ft office takes around 8–12 weeks including approvals. Larger floors, complex MEP changes or long-lead materials take longer. We confirm a realistic programme after the free site visit.
Which approvals does a fit out need in Dubai?
It depends on the building and location. Most projects need a landlord or developer NOC, then approvals from the relevant authority – usually Dubai Municipality, plus Civil Defence for fire systems and DEWA for power. Free zones such as DIFC, DMCC or DDA areas have their own process. We prepare the drawings and manage the submissions for you.
How do you price a fit out or renovation?
We start with a free site visit to understand the space, your brief and timing. After the visit we send a fixed, itemised quote that lists what is included and excluded, so you can compare proposals fairly.
Do you handle MEP works yourselves?
Yes. Our own engineers and technicians design, install, test and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire systems, so the fit out and the services behind it are coordinated by one team.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We work across Dubai, including Business Bay, DIFC, Downtown, JLT, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Deira and Dubai Hills, and we have delivered projects in Abu Dhabi. Our office is in Deira.
