Indoor–outdoor living on the Palm
On Palm Jumeirah, the outdoor spaces matter as much as the rooms inside. The owner wanted a modern villa with shaded terraces, a welcoming entrance and a pool that makes the most of the beach.
IAN TECH delivered the works with the MEP coordination behind them, including the HVAC.
Clean white walls, warm timber slatted pergolas, natural stone and planting create a relaxed, resort-style home.

A crisp white façade with a timber slatted canopy over a solid timber front door and stone steps.
Pergolas
Warm timber slat pergolas that shade the terraces and soften the modern architecture.

A shaded dining area with a stone floor, swing seat and vertical planting beside the garden.
Infinity pool
A pool with a mosaic-tiled edge and stone surround, looking straight out to the beach.
Landscaping
Lawn, planting and paving that tie the house, terraces and pool together.
HVAC & MEP
Air conditioning and MEP services coordinated with the renovation, tested before handover.
