Do I need approval to renovate in Dubai?
Cosmetic work such as painting usually needs only a building or community NOC. Changes to walls, wet areas, AC or electrical systems normally need a developer NOC and, depending on the scope, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence or DEWA approval. We prepare and submit these for you.

Yes, a 12-month defects period after handover, plus manufacturer warranties on equipment.
