Clean lines for a technology company
Intelsat wanted its Dubai office to feel as precise and modern as its technology – clean, uncluttered and easy to work in.
IAN TECH delivered the fit out with the MEP coordination behind it – reception, partitions, ceilings, lighting and finishes – as one turnkey package.
White walls with bold black diagonal lines, linear lighting and green desk screens give the office a sharp, contemporary identity.
Scope of work
What we delivered
Our team delivered the interior and coordinated lighting, air conditioning, power and data for a technology workplace.
Reception
A black-and-white reception counter in front of the Intelsat logo, with bold diagonal graphic lines across the walls.
Meeting room
A bright meeting room with a timber table, linear pendant light and the same graphic wall treatment.
Open-plan workspace
Workstations with green fabric screens, laid out for clear sightlines and easy circulation.
Ceilings & lighting
Suspended ceilings with long linear lights and recessed downlights for even, glare-free light.
Glass partitions
Glazed rooms with frosted bands that keep the floor open and bright.
MEP services
Air conditioning, lighting, power and data points coordinated with the new layout.
