Flexible spaces for focus, meetings and collaboration
Modern teams need more than rows of desks. Pitect wanted an office with quiet booths, an open team area and a proper boardroom – all in one consistent style.
IAN TECH delivered the fit out with the MEP coordination behind it – partitions, ceilings, lighting, timber panelling, finishes and furniture zones – as one coordinated package.
Warm timber panelling, dark high-back acoustic sofas and clean white walls give the office a calm, contemporary feel.

Our team built each zone and coordinated lighting, air conditioning, power and data so every area works for its purpose.
Acoustic booths
High-back sofas set against timber panelling create quiet spots for calls and informal meetings.
Open-plan team area
Workstations with blue screens laid out under linear lighting, with storage along the walls.
Boardroom
A long timber table with integrated power, a screen wall and a curved, cove-lit ceiling.
Timber panelling
Warm timber wall panels that add texture and help with acoustics across the office.
Glass partitions
Glazed partitions with frosted manifestation that keep daylight flowing while marking zones.
MEP services
Air conditioning, lighting, power and data coordinated with the ceilings and furniture layout.
