Project overview
A big open-plan office that still feels personal
Large open-plan floors can feel anonymous. Beiersdorf wanted its Dubai office to carry the Nivea brand clearly and give a big team a bright, organised place to work.
IAN TECH delivered the office fit out with the MEP coordination behind it – workstations layout, ceilings, lighting, joinery, brand walls and finishes – as one programme.
Blue carpet and brand graphics echo Nivea’s colours, while planters, suspended ceiling features and white joinery keep the floor light and fresh.

What we delivered
Our team built the workspace and coordinated air conditioning, lighting, power and data for a large open-plan floor.
Brand walls
Feature walls carrying the Beiersdorf and Nivea logos in brand blue at key points on the floor.
Open-plan workspace
Rows of workstations on blue carpet with screens, laid out for a large team and clear walkways.
Planter storage
Curved white storage units topped with planting, dividing teams without closing the space.
Media wall
A white joinery wall with twin screens for presentations, updates and brand content.
Ceilings & lighting
Suspended ceiling features over work zones, with even lighting across the floor.
MEP services
Air conditioning, lighting, power and data coordinated with the open-plan layout.
