Quiet luxury for a Swiss private bank
Private banking is built on trust, and the office has to say the same thing. Mirabaud’s DIFC space needed to feel calm, warm and confidential for clients, with efficient back-office areas for the team.
IAN TECH delivered the interior as one turnkey fit out inside Emirates Financial Towers, working within DIFC building rules and coordinating every finish with the MEP services above the ceiling.
The result combines honey-toned timber, soft stretched light ceilings and comfortable leather seating – a space that feels more like a private residence than a typical office.
Scope of work
What we delivered
Our in-house team built every room, from the reception to the storage walls, and coordinated air conditioning, lighting and life-safety services with the feature ceilings.
Reception & arrival
A clean reception counter beneath a large circular stretched light ceiling, with feature pendants and a timber-lined backdrop.
Brand wall
The Mirabaud logo backlit against warm timber panelling – the first thing clients see when they arrive.
Client lounge
A relaxed lounge with leather sofas, a timber coffee table and floor lamps, framed by full-height glazing.
Boardroom
An oval table set under a glowing feature ceiling, with timber wall panels and controlled, even lighting.
Back office & storage
Glass-fronted offices and a corridor of full-height white storage keep the working areas tidy and efficient.
MEP services
Air-conditioning distribution, lighting and power and life-safety services coordinated with the light ceilings and new layout.
